Google Bad Review:  I have been to Alot of salons and this is the first ever time the professional doesnt leave the room for you to tame your clothes off- instead, they stand there while youre taking them off. This is very weird and it makes me feel very uncomfortable, nowhere else does this.

The laser has not worked on me, usually after 2 sessions I see results, but at this place I haven't seen any.

When you come in, the receptionists are a bit awkward to be honest but i just ignore it, but theyre not rude

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEN GET ANNOYED WHEN YOU CALL TO RESCHEDULE LAST MINUTE.

Google Bad Review 1:  My eyes were watering really badly because the pregnant lady doing my brows was cutting my skin above and below the brows, after all that I noticed too many long hairs left that should have been removed. During the process she tried to blame me for not holding my skin properly but it was the lack of prep and definately her bad technique. The cuts are obviously, deep and quite large, the brows are not that great, not similar in shape and 1 brow is above the other if I look at you straight on.

The shape that suits my face was ignored and I will have to wait for these cuts to heal before I can tidy and correct them.
