Google Bad Review (2): Ursula at Bond seems determined to rubbish the truth and reviews also. I had colour done by Ursula here and within a week started to have severe allergic reactions. These carried on for months but obviously during lockdown there was no way to get help- this included hair breaking off and falling out totally destroyed. And allergic reactions to the skin. Several well known hairdressers with more experience than Ursula have said that allergic reactions can be delayed and can happen even if the colour never touches the skin. And that when you use a new chemical on a client take your time take it slow and build it over time. Ursula did not do this, she slapped the colour on and did not take the time to get to know me, my skin, my allergies or what would be right for me. The salon has not once offered an apology or even a refund for the damage they did instead they refuse to admit any responsibility which is sad and shocking. They can rubbish the reviews as much as they like but if it happened to me it could happen to someone else. And this is not something to not take seriously, Allergic reactions can be fatal. No doubt the salon shall leave some clever well phrased reply below but I am speaking the truth. You would think a salon would want to listen and ensure this could never happen again rather than gaslight a paying client.
