Google Bad Review (2): If you enjoy being funnelled through a process by a corporation to get your hair done, this is the place for you. If you want to be treated like a human being, go elsewhere. Be sure to read all the small print Terms & Conditions and ensure you've done the required advance preparation, because if you don't enforcement is actively and stone-facedly applied. I was told that making a booking is a legally binding contract and there is no flexibility no matter what the situation. Who wouldn't want to soak up these super chill vibes.
