Google Bad Review 1: This is the third time now I’ve had my appointment cancelled at very short notice – and will therefore be the last time I book with them. Once I arrived at the salon only to be told my hairdresser ‘hadn’t showed up for work’ that day. This time they did me the courtesy of calling me two hours before my appointment, but at that late stage it was impossible to get a replacement appointment in time for the event I was attending at the weekend. For the prices they charge, the service is just super poor, and I just can’t be bothered with it anymore when there are so many excellent salons all around London which charge much less than the premium prices these guys do.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible experience. Messed up my appointments the last 3 times I've booked. Told them to forget it this time and I'll go somewhere else. Complete joke and so are the prices they charge if I'm honest.
