Google Bad Review 1: extremely fustrated by this so called ‘dentistry' my upper retainer came loose after DR PETER WALSH had an examination in my mouth and when i called later to have this problem resolved he told his receptionist to tell me to go back to whoever fit the brace after a few hours of waitng bare in mind i haven't eaten in 24 hours due to a wire stuck in my mouth a lady has called me to say DR peter doesn't want to deal with me saying he wasn't the cause for this… very ironic how my retainer broke after he examined this. now i have to go else where and have this problem treated.

Google Bad Review (2): There is no clear cut policy on cancellation charges for appointments. After several calls to the dentist to ask about the charge, we were only told 30 minutes before our booked appointment that the dentist decided to charge the FULL pre-paid £90 consultation fee that we paid prior to appointment. They should know they charge full and communicate this to patients beforehand and not very last minute when we could have made alternative arrangements had we known!
