Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review): Terrible Experience
Google Bad Review 1: I AM NEVER COMING BACK! I am absolutely appalled by the outcome of my treatment and overall poor service. They are quick to take deposits and payments but act clueless when it comes to fixing problems and processing refunds for not receiving a service up to the basic advertised standard. Don't be fooled by the carefully chosen reviews and angled/edited photos that you see online.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE BELOW: Please do not insult me any further than you already have!! You 100% have recollection of this as it was you that carried out the treatment and treated me in such a way. I definitely had my treatment during lockdown (we BOTH have evidence of this), the same as plenty of your other customers (who you are getting to leave reviews during this period, even today) so please do not lie any further as I find this very insulting.
P.S. I noticed at least 4 pages of your reviews on Bark were all on the same day and Google reviews are new accounts (sounds like some may be fake reviews). Negative (real experience) reviews on Yell and Bark were removed. It's good to leave realistic feedback for potential customers.

The treatment I received was awful and the staff were unhelpful. They made it clear they care more about their business than their customers and their wellbeing.
