Google Bad Review (2): Went in for some advice about a piercing I'd had done elsewhere as I assumed they would be professionals but every single member of staff was rude. One of them laughed when I said my worry/problem and the other just said ‘well you'll just have to wait til it has healed. IF it heals…' when I explained further. I found them patronising and left feeling quite upset, as if I had been treated like a child, which is not the experience you want when you are concerned about something.
