Google Bad Review 1: The check-in is managed by the agency below the apartment. When checking in, a female employee called Xenia showed us upstairs. I asked her whether we could get a second set of keys to which she replied that she'd go downstairs and call the person I had been whatsapping with. We were in a rush so I ordered a cab to pick us up 10 minutes later. When she didn't come back up after 10 minutes, I went downstairs and she was chatting on the phone. I waited another 2 minutes and then gestured to her that we'd have to leave. She impatiently put the hand over the phone and asked me what I wanted. I asked her whether she'd reached the person to ask about the keys. She responded “In case you can't tell I'm on the phone right now”. I said that there was no need to be rude to which she responded “You're being rude actually”. I don't know how this business is still in operation given that the nature of business requires their employees to be in customer-facing roles a lot of the time.
