Google Bad Review 1: DO NOT GO HERE! THERE ARE BETTER PLACES IN A 2.5 MILE RADIUS!
Their payment and till management practices are not in line with standard legal business practices. Double payment on appointments is a thing of the 90s… It is highly concerning that they do not control the way they take payment for their services and do not enter all their cash takings in their accountancy till management system – one wonders if these practices stop there… Hmmm…What else is not actually being declared?
Also, they allow for their ill staff to give massages to people and with them their illness as well – my wife has been running a high fever and has had a crippling headache due to the flu that the masseusse passed on to her! The massage itself was absolutely appalling, especially after seeing my wife's bruises on the ribs area from the “intense” massage.
The attitude of the management is nonchalant and they seem to not actually care about any service standards either.
We will never go back and would strongly advise people to avoid this place at all cost, unless they want to be hurt and overcharged / double charged for a horrible service!

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible. Had a wax – wax pot was filthy (always a bad sign I find) and room was messy and dirty. Had a brazilian hot wax, didn't clean me up and told me to remove the bits myself. Poor.
