Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) I did a 10/20/20 stretch with color correction, I paid £ 1200! 5 days after washing, 2 strands of hair have fallen out of the front, I paid for a Brazilian hair and Mrs. the owner's mother offered me a mixed hair to make the front to have a better fit I already felt the problem but I thought I'm in the rich area, right no it's possible because they put the hair of the south of Brazil and after 21 days I want to show and judge the results ☠️

Fiz um alongamento dia 15/10 /20 junto com a correção da cor , paguei £ 1200 ! 5 dias após lavar já caíram 2 mechas da frente do cabelo , paguei por um cabelo brasileiro e sra mãe do proprietário me ofereceu um cabelo misturado para fazer a frente por ter um caimento melhor já senti o problema mais pensei estou na área rica né não é possível pois colocaram o cabelo do sul brasileiro e após 21 dias quero mostrar e julguem os resultados ☠️

Google Bad Review (2): Definitely do not recommend this place. Don’t be fooled by their Instagram. I wanted to love it but the guy who did my hair COMPLETELY ruined it and did not listen or pay attention to what I asked for. I spent over £400 in this place and it was shocking. My balayage is patchy and looks terrible. When I complained they offered to put a toner in free of charge but I can’t trust them with my hair. I would never ever go back here
