Google Bad Review 1: I wouldn't recommend. They used to call Salam Solicitors. I contacted them in first week in January 2021 to proceed with my Maladministration matter against the Home Office. I only contacted them as I was advised by other solicitors to go through a solicitor who helped me in my ILR application. Salam Solicitors helped me back in 2018 in ILR appeal application and subsequently asked me to proceed with the Maladministration application against Home Office. When I contacted Faret, who is an owner of Axis Solicitors and requested her if she could locate my file. She couldn't be able to do so and asked me to send everything across. Before contacting her, I contacted their Ilford Branch and found out female para legal staff will demand you to pay them for their time whilst you put your inquiry forward.
My case was then forwarded to Mr Patel at the end of January 2021. We had spoken on 8 February 2021, when I was told that my case has good chance of winning and he will support me on no win no fee basis after sending a Pre-Action Protocol letter to Home Office. I believe that I was misled at this point as this never happened and I rather given out an impression on his email dated 29 March 2021 that it has got less chance of winning. To confirm this, I tried to call him on 30 March 2021 but didn't get through. So I tried again on 1st April 2021 and get through this time. My suspicion was right and he refused to proceed with the matter on no win no fee basis. I felt that I was treated like a stupid and should have in writing what we spoken on 08 February 2021.
