Google Bad Review 1: My phone stopped working so I brought it to them. They said they needed a couple of days to check what the problem was. They ended up keeping it 10 days and every time I called to check when it was going to be ready they said they would call back the next day (which of course they never did). They finally gave me the phone back, all they did was change the battery. I paid for it, went back home and quickly realised the phone's battery drained within an hour without me even using it. I brought it back. They said it might be another issue and to leave it with them. Again they promised to call me the next day with an update. They never did and I had to keep chasing them for the next 5 days. I finally went back to pick it up as they said it was ready only to find out they changed the battery again. I tried it in the store and it didn't charge even though the employee there claimed it did. I asked for my money back as nothing had been fixed. They didn't want to give me any money and tried to negotiate with me to refund me half! I explained that unfortunately nothing had been fixed after more than 2 weeks so I shouldn't have to pay for a service that wasn't done. They ended up refunding me but said they never wanted to see me in their store ever again. There was no need to be rude, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE. DON'T BOTHER, THEY'RE SLOW, NEVER CALL BACK AND RUDE.

Google Bad Review (2): Do not go this place for any reason i tell you.
I had my samsung s6 edge phone screen replaced there over a year ago. Was all ok and still is be honest but i didnt expect these peoplw to take a genuine part from inside my phone and replace it with a third party part whilst they changed my screen for me. They had the phone for couole hrs and told to come back for it.
Reason i found this out was because yesterday i went to another local phone repair shop in which they took my phone in to replace a earphone jack and charger jack board which was faulty. They told me to come back in half hr which i did.
When i went back the man asked if had it changed before, I replied no i havent only the screen has ever be changed. The man in shop said well the faulty part he has just changed wasnt genuine samsung part. He said therefore whoever has opened phone up before has swapped it over and kept the genuine part to probaly put in someone elses phone that probaly needed one and the shop atom1 was the last one to take phone apart last to do screen.
Funny thing is the earphone jack packed up shortly after had screen done so it adds up what other guy said in other shop yesterday that thwy swapped part over. I wasnt that bothered about getting it done as used bluetooth earphones but only because decided to repair it finally it all come to light.
Basically they robbed good parts from my phone for thied party parts.
The shoo that did my faulty part yesterday was also half the price cheaper too and half hr to do. As for place where shop done screen i asked them to do this job ages ago and wanted 2 days to do it and 70quid.
DO NOT GO HERE……..
