He didn’t ask me what type of railcard I had and when he went to link my cards, he typed the incorrect card number – which I made him aware of. He responded by informing me that my cards were invalid (which wasn’t the case). He hastily went back into the staff area before I could stop him – I had to get this done at another station due to staff incompetence.
