Google Bad Review 1: Ordered 2 wigs. Sent one back because as soon as I saw it I knew it wouldn't suit me. Did not even take the netting off. That was three months ago. Still waiting for a refund and Claire has stopped answering my emails, even though she promised me to refund my money.
I now know that this is not unusual for this company. I'll be in Brighton soon so will visit to see if I can get my money back.
Would avoid Annabelles wigs at all costs as there are some better quality and nicer ones on amazon and you get the guarantee of them not being thieves.
Well it's been 3 more weeks and still no refund. I have the tracking number if you want it..?

Google Bad Review (2): Awful experience. I ordered a wig for a charity event, I paid a lot for delivery as I needed it fast. The item was never delivered so I started what I’m calling my ‘journey’ into contacting them which btw you can’t. I still haven’t been refunded. They just seem to lack care, my advice is to go elsewhere.
