Google Bad Review 1: Rude, inept, obnoxious, judgemental staff. Woefully undertrained. Staff insulted me, then the manger stood by her actions. They have zero idea what good customer service entails and run it like their own personal thiefdom.
I lived in japan, where the customer (the people who ultimately provide staff wages) are Kings. In this store they treat you like a advisery, they are confrontational, territorial, and look down on people, yes, CHARITY SHOP WORKERS look “down on people” and they believe working in a charity shop makes them virtueous. Worst customer service in my life. Avoid this place, unless you want to be insulted for trying to spend money here.

Google Bad Review (2): Serveral members of staff in this store are rude and abrupt. Personally would rather donate to other charity shops along the high street now due to several bad experiences here. Avoid.
