Google Bad Review 1:  I had a very disappointing experience with the Jordan the manager of this place yesterday. We received 2 wrong items and I called to let them know and asked them to send the right ones to us. It took me over 10 minutes on the phone whilst he was trying to figure out what had happened, he kept telling me that it was me who had ordered the wrong item. I reassured him that on my order confirmation it stated the correct items which he still didn’t believe. In the end I emailed him our confirmation when he finally admitted that I was right, but I didn’t receive an apology but just rude remarks about how I have to understand that he can’t give me free food without verifying. I am shocked about how he deal with the situation and how he proudly stated he is the manager of the place. He should be embarrassed to show this sort of behaviour in from of his staff. We’ve ordered from here almost once a week, sometimes more often. This was the last time unfortunately. What an incompetent person, the owner should watch out with this guy who doesn’t know how to speak to customers. He’d probably treat his team in the same way.

Google Bad Review (2):  I ordered via Uber Eats at 2:32 and still not received at 3:50. Only 0.5 miles for delivery and courier had been on way for 30 minutes before I cancelled – app detaling heading my way… No call back as requested, apology or resolution offered – just cancelled. Poor customer service, can’t comment on food as not received!
