Google Bad Review 1: Don't use Ryan!! He completely disregarded what I asked for in colouring my hair and styling it. It is now much too dark, he used a permanent not a semi-permanent on my hair and the style is awful. Altogether a complete disaster. I also had to wait nearly an hour.
