Google Bad Review (2): I made the mistake of swapping from a perfectly great central private dentist to what I thought would be a cheaper, local alternative.
First the good bit: Dr Noor is knowledgable and very nice.
Unfortunately, m visit was immediately made uncomfortable by the extremely rude receptionist who tried to lecture me on filling out forms. It was a very unpleasant exchange and nearly made me walk out of the clinic.
Secondly, I didn't appreciate that I was given the more expensive tooth cleaning without being consulted. All Noor said was: “I'm going to do this now.” I found out afterwards that I was being charged more. All in all my consultation took no longer than 20 minutes and cost me £140. I would have spent the same at my former dentist but would have been treated kindly and with respect.
I left feeling ripped off and disrespected. For those reasons, I won't be coming back.
