Google Bad Review 1: Great when first taking out a mortgage with Michael Frimpong who was fantastic, since I recieved a call offering help getting a remortgage deal at the end of my fix, since then all I have had is junk email and no help, Barclays were able to offer more help, steer clear now and go to Enness and ask for Michael, he really is great!

Google Bad Review (2): V poor experience with Graeme Smallman. Not sure where to start. Since stopping our membership we've spoken to other advisors/bank/consumer advice which? about his advice which was hugely misleading.
On the mortgage side he led us to believe we could release cash if we ported mortgage (untrue), also gave us unrealistic/inflated figures for a potential let to buy mortgage (which no other brokers can verify).
Spent months chasing him to get our Will sorted with the Will Company (even before he went on leave for family reasons). Emails ignored. Had to go direct to Will Company just to get the draft!
Sold us life insurance, and wasn't upfront about the commision he was making on it.
Next time I engage a Financial Planner I will do some research, as we just blindly trusted the Unbiased website.
