Google Bad Review 1: Far from satisfactory service. My mum was buried with this funeral home and was not embalmed for 3 weeks if at all and looked absolutely atrocious. My sister had to keep chasing them up to get an apology. I believe she was just left to rot. would not recommend this place if it was the last funeral home left standing period.

Google Bad Review (2): What went wrong: took them 3 weeks to recover my dads body from the nursing home. I had to organise the limos, they couldn't do it! They dropped my dads coffin and damaged it. I hope my dad wasn't in it at the time. They provided a replacement but it was larger than the original. Phone calls took forever to be returned. What went right. Then men and women who turned up on the day with the hearse were amazing, kind and professional. At a time of grief and sorrow, you hope the furneral directors would take the pressure off you, especially when they charge so much
