Google Bad Review 1: I got my Tragus pierced on Wednesday 2nd February and naturally, the piercing began to swell. However, it continued to swell for the days after. On 7th February, when I’d only had the piercing for 5 days, the piercing had become imbedded in my ear. I personally do not feel that the 8mm bar allowed enough room for swelling on the piercing site. I had to attend the hospital where 3 different medical professionals tried to remove it from my ear but the ball was too imbedded. 2 Doctors began working on it and after what felt like forever and the use of forceps and other medical instruments, and blood dripping down my face, lots of apologies from the doctors, they manage to remove the piercing from my ear. The doctor confirmed that the piercing was not infected, just majorly swollen and I do have a copy of the report as evidence. Let me also add that this was a very painful experience (and I’ve had my nipples pierced, facial piercings, multiple other ear piercings and I’ve experience childbirth) and this embedded labret bar was definitely up there with the most painful things I’ve experienced.
I didn’t have an issue with the shop at this point as I understand that these things happen and nobody was to predict that my ear would swell so much. However, I do feel that a bigger bar should’ve been put in.
When I contacted the piercer at the shop, they didn’t want to reimburse my money, they only offered to re-pierce my ear for a discounted rate. I’m not particularly happy and won’t be returning to this shop in the future.

Google Bad Review (2): Booked an appointment on Wowcher, response to email was fine stating my appointment would be on the Monday after. When walking to the shop on the day of my appointment I phoned to confirm I had an appointment at 10am, to which his response was ‘no you don’t’. I then asked him to double check as I had email confirmation, to which he went silent for 5 minutes and then confirmed he had an appointment with me. When arriving in the shop Sergio greeted me and said he was ‘eating his breakfast’ and made me wait at the front of the shop for 30/40 minutes whilst he finished eating his breakfast and cleaning up. Extremely rude and unprofessional! It then came to my consultation, the consultation was non existent! He left me to sit at a laptop on my own and design my tattoo. When it came to actually getting the tattoo done, we had a good conversation. He then went onto say, ‘The day you emailed we were very busy, I saw your email, looked at it and was debating whether or not to reply’ I was completely shocked. The tattoo took about 20 minutes and was fine but I will not be returning to this shop again
