Google Bad Review: I went once in October and it was amazing. Nails lasted for a long time and the polish was great. Went a second time a few weeks ago and my experience was absolutely awful. My appointment was at 6, I got there a few minutes before and was told I would be seen in a few minutes. 45 minutes later I was attended to by someone who didn't know how to do nails (whom wasn't identified as a trainee but a professional). They cut my acrylics wonky and tried to extend them by using monomer and powder, which isn't at all how it works. The nail polish was put on very sloppily and they didn't let it dry between the gel coats so it was wet and thick. They couldn't even do the french tip they had advertised. Then, the boss comes and checks the nails and says they are done badly and keeps me in for another 45 minutes to remove the paint, reshape and re-file them. I am at this point very agitated as it has been 2 1/2 hours since the time of my appointment was meant to have started. Nails shouldn't take this long. 20 minutes after I leave the nail polish chips and my nails have been wobbling about since they haven't been done properly. Gel is meant last a lot longer than 10 minutes. 3 months ago would've recommended but now? Don't bother. They even double book and turn away loyal customers. Bad Service there are better places
