Google Bad Review 1: Been a customer here for going on 10 years. The place has taken a really bad dive. Food quality is awful, I ordered a starter and it was burnt, when I told them that it was burnt the manager told me that they always come out like that and refused to give me another starter or take it off our bill. We waited 45 minutes to be given water even though we had asked at least 4 times. My parents got their main course (vegetable fried rice) and received plain boiled rice with frozen mixed vegetables. Our bill came to £65 and it was not worth it at all. I was so upset, when the manager asked how everything was and we told him everything was terrible and we wouldn't be coming back he just said “okay thanks goodbye”. 10 years as a loyal customer and the last 6-7 times going there, getting ignored by the waiters and receiving cold or burnt food, the last time was the straw that broke the camels back.

Google Bad Review (2): I wouldn’t even want to give one star to this restaurant – the service is absolutely awful and I would suggest you avoid!
The restaurant wasn’t busy and forgot to give us our whole order – they refused to deliver the remainder when we called to raise this. We asked to speak to the manager but they said they were unavailable. They acknowledged the mistake and refused to give us a discount on the food they missed out – we had to go back and collect. What a bloody joke. We spent 1hr30 travelling there and back to collect the food – will never order from them again!!! Also such rude and useless service! AVOID
