Google Bad Review (2): I feel extremely disappointed by the poor service of Zasman vet Hampstead branch!
The vet said my dog will be okay after the aural haematoma treatment (treatment for swollen ear flap) and medications that prescribed by them with the cost of £500. They said they will give my dog a Buster Collar to prevent him from scratching the wound. They also said that they would observe my dog for at least a few hours after the surgery (the treatment cost is included the hospitalisation dog day fees). So I paid.
However, they called me to collect my dog as soon as possible straight after my dog's surgery, because he was ‘noisy' and they have other patients. I am wondering isn't my dog also a patient? It's ridiculous that a dog can be treated unfairly as well!
Also, my dog was not given a Buster Collar when he left the vet after the treatment/surgery.
Zasman vet Hampstead told me that I need to give my dog medications and book an appointment for check up after a weeks' time, so I did. I told them about my dog's ear still being swollen, despite all instructions from them been followed. Guess what?!! they said I should have called earlier if his ear swelling was not going down, so they can change the medications. Now they need to charge for another treatment fees.
My dog is still suffering although £500 treatment costs paid, and the responses of Zasman vet Hampstead were blaming us the owner for not calling them earlier.
Zasman vet Hampstead's communcation and service were utterly poor!, All I experienced is they only want money but no compassion at all for animals.
