Google Bad Review: I was happy to pay a callout fee for Zak’s very unclear expertise (but no clear solution) for my sink pressure issue but what happened next infuriated me. When issues arose since Zak visited (he played with pressure points throughout my flat) he then proceeded to ghost my calls and around 5 WhatsApps and voicemails as I’ve tried to understand exactly what Zak did on his visit which needs to be undone as his changes have caused noise to my neighbours since then.
Doesn’t give you a lot of confidence when a plumber is unable to confirm exactly what he has or hasn’t done when visiting and shuns all responsibility, ownership and blatantly ignores you as you try to get to the bottom of his “hit and hope” approach.
Avoid at all costs.
