Google Bad Review (2): Unprofessional and disgraceful nail salon. I booked an appointment for manicure and after I arrived and spent 10 min waiting they informed me that there is a mess up with the appointments and they would not be able to accommodate me and I could come later. Apparently another lady came in later on and they rather take her in and ruin my day. They did not even bother to give me a call and let me know that they were not able to able to assist me on my appointment. I left and because I had my flight the next day decided to give them a call and go later as I didn’t have any other option. So after I called the person on the phone seemed unaware of my situation and told me will get back to me in 2 min. This never happened no one got back to me they did not accommodate me and I received a text message late evening if I wanted to reschedule for another day. I mean no words can describe the way they handled me. Such a disgraceful way to treat customers. I left for my trip without having my nails done thanks to them. I would give zero stars but there is no such option.
