Google Bad Review 1: Great sale process, very responsive and smooth. When it comes to hand over and apartment management it is the worst, least competent team I have met (probably this is the standard here). If you still decide to deal with them, make sure you spend 1-2 hours for apartment handover, as they don’t know and don’t check anything themselves and pretend that everything is in “good working order” and everything was checked. Trust me, it was not.
