Google Bad Review 1: Misdiagnosed a lump in my dog as a “fatty lump” 1 year later found out from another vet that it was a cancerous tumour, the vets didn't even note it down on their systems so conveniently for them I had no way to back up their negligence, also spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds on checkups/medication for a reoccurring blood in urine infection which they could not resolve, again the new vets fixed on first attempt.
They did give me a “goodwill gesture” of £70 which i took but found this offer rather disrespectful/insulting considering the situation.
I would not advise to use these vets.

Google Bad Review (2): DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHAR PEI HERE.
I took my 2.5 year old shar pei to Young’s vets after arriving in London from Canada. She had ulcers in both her eyes, was on morphine eye drops, pain killers and required entropion surgery ( we left Canada before being able to complete the surgery there). She is our third shar pei so we’re fully clued up on the issue and what needed to be done. The initial Consultation with the junior vet seemed to go well, she agreed entropion surgery was required on the upper eyelids and provided a quote for surgery to be complete, it was high for the going rate, but not extortionate so we agreed. The day before the surgery she called me to say she’d spoken to the senior vet who would be completing the operation and he had advised her he would be completing a “face lift” – her words not mine. I was told that “in these situations what needs to be done is a wrinkle is cut from the forehead, and the skin lifted and re sewn”. And that “it may change her face and appearance quite drastically”. He’d wanted to turn my shar pei into a pit bull… as a shar pei owner, you’ve heard the horror stories of this being done. She’d called to let me know because “I didn’t think you would be ok with that”. I told her that we would not be going ahead with the surgery, as this was a vet who clearly did not know what he was doing, and had no experience completing an entropion surgery on a shar pei. I am leaving one star as at least she called me and warned me the vet planned to massacre my dogs face, and cut off her forehead, so I had the chance to cancel and run a mile ( to an experienced vet, who took a TINY piece of skin from her upper eyelid and solved the issue completely). I’m sure Young’s are great with many dog breeds, but shar pei’s are NOT one of them.
