Google Bad Review 1: Randomly call you to waste your time.
I had a Xcede consultant call me out of the blue in the evening, he apparently had some roles to discuss with me.
After going through my experience and skills it turned out she did not have roles suited to my experience.
This is not the reason why I am leaving a 1 star review.
The real reason is this person apparently had my CV infront of them and decided to call me and waste my time.
Surely they would have known the roles weren't suited through my CV.
I also have no clue where she got my number.
Never have I heard so many horrendous stories about a recruitment company before. The has to be the worst company anyone could work for. Do not use these guys ever. Their reputation is fully deserved.

Google Bad Review (2): The customer service was awful. They claim to be data and analytics experts but when I spoke to their consultants I was very unimpressed. The back office is woeful and incompetent, getting any contracts done is impossible and I find them very slow. I’ve also heard from other contractors that they do not pay on time and most of their consultants are technically illiterate on the phone. I think they need to hire better consultant who actually understand tech because I do not find Xcede group a professional company. They should not lie to their candidates
