Google Bad Review 1: Two days after a boiler service, with payment completed on booking, my boiler has broken down. WPJ unable to visit for four days, until after Easter. Told me they'd call back with an answer, but have obviously left the office for their Easter break, leaving me with no hot water or heating. Not the level of service I was expecting.

Yes, you called me 40hours after I originally informed you of the break down. Thus you have not demonstrated your emergency call out service as none was offered at time of calling. You are assuming knowledge of the situation without seeking any information from me. Yes work is required on one of my boilers as you have indicated. However it was the second boiler, in a different building on my property (namely in my own home) that broke down. This is the third time I have passed this information to you and it concerns me that you are jumping to conclusions based off notes that are obviously lacking detail.
It is upsetting that you have decided to attack me, which makes me question your sincerity to taking customer feedback seriously. You had the chance to fix this situation when I called but decided not to offer any assistance, leaving me with no option but to find an alternative solution to the problem you made. It is based on these facts that I rejected your overlate offer and asked you not to contact me again; I no longer trust your services.
I am thankful this happened during warm weather. A lack of hot water and heating for myself and my family had the weather been cold would have been difficult. If you're going to call me untruthful, I suggest you look in the mirror first.

Google Bad Review (2): After a number of visits to fix my Worcester Bosch boiler it became very frustrating! It started out as a complete “lights out” on the boiler, no power or LEDs at all. An obvious PCB failure it could be said. They came out and confirmed this but on the next visit they said my gas valve had gone also. They fitted a new gas valve and the boiler still didn't work. Turns out the wires that came out of the PCB board needed an adapter so it could fit the gas valve correctly. They removed the new gas valve and put back my old one. They still billed for the new one that they didn't fit. After several complaints to Wpj, and registering my complaint with Gas Safe and Trading Standards the bill was corrected and the cost of some visits removed. Trading Standards advised that one can't charge for what is known as “repeat performance” in an attempt to fix something. Check out UK consumer rights act 2015. Now, I'm not telling you not use this company as that is totally up to you and certainly not my business to say that. All I can say is I have more than one property all with Worcester Bosch boilers but I will from now on call Worcester Bosch for any fix or service. They have a fixed cost pricing and are brilliant. Look at it this way, if you are lucky enough to be able to afford an Aston Martin (I'm not one of those folk) would you go to a general garage to have it fixed or serviced? In my opinion, if you have Worcester Bosch go to Worcester Bosch direct.Let me make it clear, my review is not to tell you not to use these people, I'm just saying me personally, after using them for years. I would not use them again. But if you do use them and have a query and need to speak to someone or the same person (who walks into a meeting as soon as your call comes in) or email them or try and speak to the team manager check how long it takes. I struggled to get a reply to most emails or answers to my questions. I write this review today as I told a room of about 80 people that live in the borough all about my experience. Two families booked a service with this company and have used them off the back of my recommendation many years ago. I told them all very clearly. Me personally, I wouldn't.
