Google Bad Review 1: Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! So whilst doing some research for my grandmother I come across this place!! She’s a pensioner with limited money so I like to be 100% about places she visits. The shocking findings made me think how does the General Optical Council allow this place to remain functional.
1) The £30 thorough eye exam, let me tell you this is a total deceiving sales tactic. How can you make this statement whilst having out of date devices. Specsavers and other Opticians offer this for cheaper. They also have up-to date technology that will give you a more in-depth eye exam.
2) Pricing !!! With only expensive lenses that are not the most practical. If you went to another establishment you will be given at least 3 options.
3) Service !!! If you are saying your selling point is service I’m sorry who don’t offer good service in today’s economy .
I’m sure my review will be removed or some pathetic cover tactic will be invoked . All I’m saying is do your research people and make an informed decision.
