Google Bad Review 1:  Definitely has to be the worst service ever. I was made to pay 50 pounds and in the end they didn’t even provide me with a prescription and told me I’d be given that only when I bought glasses from there (that would cost me 175 pounds). I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Google Bad Review (2):  I went there around 10 years ago when I was a teenager and the young optician took full advantage of my lack of experience. First of all they charged me £5 more than advertised for an eye exam, (I did notice at the time but didn't say anything and payed up because I was a child and didn't want to make a scene), second of all, after my eye exam was finished optician wouldn't give me the result and told me that in order for her to do that I have to purchase glasses from her store(which I did). And last but not least, my eyes turned out to be both +0.75 short sight but she told me that I have to wear the glasses I bought from them all the time even though I absolutely did not need them for long distance and I still don't (After I went to university one of my friends studying optometry told me that some opticians give you bad advice to make your eyes worse so that you would revisit them so that they can milk you)

Ten years down the line its still stuck with me because I really felt violated but didn't speak up because I was too shy and insecure! If you read this review please avoid them at all cost. The optician there is a young Indian lady who is a true monster!

EDIT: I will not be deleting my review as asked because I simply described my experience in your practice. I lived in the same address as I did for 18 years which is on Southbourne Crescent on bottom of Bell Lane road, and your threats of legal this and that doesn't intimidate me!!!
