Google Bad Review 1: Most of there reviews are fake. These guys are untrustworthy. STAY AWAY!!!! They had 5 people serving food for 300. A nightmare. They are cheap and there customer service is awful! I wish I never went with them.

Google Bad Review (2): Event held on 4th August 2018, absolutely shambles. We dealt with Raees. The canopes did not start at 12 but instead 12.45pm which delayed our guests. When they were served it was only served for 15mins and very minimal. Did not get to most guests. The waiters and waitresses were extremely unprofessional and rude. when guests ask them something they tut and walk off. The arrival drinks (mocktails were being filled by our guests as there was no staff and they would just walk off, could not cope at all. The salad was gone off and cutlery had a foul smell. When the dessert was bought out to tables the waiter was dividing the gajar halwa into 6 different plates from one scoop. This was infront of our guests and guests enquired as to why they were doing this and they were told that there isn't enough and also the ice cream is melting. The nans had finished, many of our guests left the event mid way without eating. Raees knew we were gona have lazy susans on the table but still he denies this and came with plastic drink bottles. There wasn't enough waiters barely even two per three tables. No cheesecake was served on head table although this was agreed. The whole event was shambles and we experienced very negative comments from our guests. We constantly emailed Reiss after the event to sort this mess out and give us a partial refund, however he made excuses up. When we went to see him suddenly we told him we want a partial refund and he said give me three weeks and I will respond to you to come to some sort of agreement after speaking to his company members but he did not respond. Ridiculous people.
