Google Bad Review (2): Receptionist welcoming, but not greatly impressed by the service, arrived early, and told I could not see who my appointment was with, the person who then saw me kept me waiting, and I felt she really did not want to be there and the interview was a bit hurried, consequently I forgot a couple of things, I was promised the document probably by the following Monday, i.e. 7 days but waited 3 weeks. As I have had to pay half up front for the service I cannot afford to lose this money to go elsewhere, otherwise I would, a shame as this company was recommended but sorry I would not recommend them to anyone else.
After posting this review 2 years ago I have had a comment from Wiseman Lee, but (isn't there always a but) same response to me as to everyone else, stock answer, I wouldn't touch them again if they were the last solicitors in the country
