Google Bad Review: I left the property rented after 6 months. When I moved in, I changed the light bulbs of the living room and kitchen area because the condition was bad. When I left, all light bulbs were working fine with ups and downs that semeed to be driven by cabling issues in the property and building rather than the bulbs themselves. When I left property all bulbs were still in condition to be used by the new tenants. However, I was discounted £145 from my deposit, when, firstly, all bulbs were in good condition, and secondly, I did not receive the property with all bulbs working. Though I disputed this with the Parsons Green property manager, she completely ignored the validity of my claim as she had already hired contractors (without consulting the claim with me) and unreasonably discounted £145 from my deposit. This just shows how unprofessional they are and how unreasonable they can be with the cost of the goods and service. I would not recommend dealing with them, the service of their property manager was very poor.
