Google Bad Review 1: Not happy with lash extensions. Seems like she is trying to do damage control by posting so many good ones below after receiving negative reviews.
Lash lift has been done well by the owner but the extensions done by Ips is not up to standard. Quality of extensions is very poor and brittle.
Response – your reply is laughable. Can’t seem to find her on Google searches so what is this “new found fame”? Her lashes were of poor quality and they came off. From going through your reviews I can see there are a lot of people who have had a bad experience at Wink lash bar so sorry but your response seems like you are quite insecure about this and I do hope you improve your services and attitude towards paying customers.

Google Bad Review (2): Lash extensions done poorly, customer care received afterwards was poor and very rude treatment when you confront them about these issues.
I got an infection in the eye after having my lash extensions done here by a young girl Ipek. I informed her and she told me that this was my own fault, when I told her I’ve taken very good care of my lashes and they are clean she did not take me serious or offer me any service but instead deleted my conversation on her Instagram page Ipsbeauty and then blocked my account.
Deleting bad reviews, pretending they are not your client and or denying any fault when issues happen is not acceptable for any company to do.
I would stay away from their services.
Edit: Check your other bad reviews please. I have my peace and it’s not with your lash techs experience. Check your lash girls Instagram page she’s constantly posting videos and pictures of infected eyes after lash extensions that’s proof. I also have a lot of up votes.
