Google Bad Review 1: Went to this restaurant on 23 of July and took my colleagues for lunch eating in. First the chicken was cold worst of all they had no sauce and failed to inform us. Chicken was hard and dry. I made it know that I was disappointed . I promised not to go back. After a week decided to give it another chance as it used to be good in the pass. Here I M today Saturday 31st July. Even more disappointed. The food is stone cold. How can someone be eating in and be given cold food. Paid for some water wasn't even given it have to go back and ask.
Ii will be going to the office r on charing Cross on Tuesday. Taking a friend if I'm disappointed that will be my last trip to this establishment

Google Bad Review (2): The worst service I have ever experienced. Unfriendly staff and extremely slow service. Over 40 minute wait for food. No apology. This place was amazing before the pandemic. It should of closed down just to save me from this
