Google Bad Review 1: worst nightmare of my life I had an appointment at the wimploe clinic 19th December it was meant to be definite 9 am so i booked coach ticket it was changed a few days later to 1 pm so i went to london with my pre booked coach ticket it was changed a futher three times between 1pm and 345pm so warren the surgeon promised a refund he has been promising a refund for nearly two months by text and a email all lies he first tried to get me to say if i would say i had a panic attack and i would receive my money £3600 forthwith i lost taxi coach fares the wimpole clinic ignored emails too he then would only give refund if i removed truthful post on this site i have text and email promising a refund for nearly two months i also have video in harley street saying i was treated really badly and a video in his office saying i would only get a refund if i removed post on this site i did and got it now this is new post Warren you should not mistreat clients

Google Bad Review (2): Maybe it was just my experience because others seem to have rave reviews. But I contacted this clinic on four occasions. So on the first occasion I spoke to a lovely gentleman named Ron Campbell and we went through all my questions. He was helpful and polite and we discussed the different procedures based on my hair type (Afro Caribbean) and then he left it with me to decide, as I had a face to face consultation with another clinic that is well known. I went to the other appointment and although I did like the doctor I didn’t think I could justify the extortionate costs. So I decided to call the Wimpole to let them know I was happy to proceed and would like to book a consultation. When I called a rude man answered the phone, he said they were busy and would call me back and took my details and rushed me off the phone. I did not receive a call back. I called again a few days later and was told the same thing; that I would get a call back. I called again the next week to explain I would like to book a consultation and procedure. However someone on the other end of the phone said they will call me back and asked for my name and said they must already have my number, even though I was trying to give it to them again. I assumed they must have misplaced my number explaining why they hadn’t called. However he dropped the phone suddenly. That all happened in October and it’s now December. Still haven’t received a call. I know there is covid. I myself work in healthcare as a nurse. So I know there is no excuse for poor customer service/care. I’ve done my hair elsewhere. I shouldn’t have to beg for you to ring me back, when i want to pay for a service. Won’t be recommending anyone based on this particular experience. Sorry not sorry.
