Google Bad Review 1: Willmonts are managing our property and charges service charges. It should be illegal to overcharge us as they are for the services they are providing: £500 for management fees per flat, (it is a maisonette, so no communal areas), which are – raising couple of invoices and finding yearly insurance. Wow, that must really be a tough job!
However it takes them ages to reply to emails.
Thank you for your reply. As expected no one contacted me. Furthermore, we have been charged incorrectly and for 3 weeks we are trying to get someone to look in to our account and no one bothers, we are just being chased for incorrect payment!
