Google Bad Review 1: SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered… after a moment I got a text message: “Sorry, I can't talk right now”, so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can… never received a call.
I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day… yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc.
I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing.
Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min… of course there was no answer… after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because……………. HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min… I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days.
I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars.

Google Good Review: Looking for a flat can be a really stressfully experience, among all the estate agents i’ve been in touch recently Tracey was the most efficient and responsive to arrange the views and in all communication. Their fees are also quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend Tracey!
