Google Bad Review 1: Really shocked at the lack of update on the sale of my property. No phone calls, responses to emails or anything really. The sign up was the best service provided and after that nothing. I had potential buyers ask me to contact them to arrange a viewing. Never seen anything like this ever. Never again. Worst experience ever.

Google Bad Review (2): It took me 2 years after the purchase of my home to write this review..mainly so I don't write anything whilst in the heat of it. I dealt with Luke who is apparently the manager of the Rainham branch. Luke is a fraud. He initially started with ‘if I go with their broker, I will have more chance of securing a property through them'. Being a first time buyer and naive, I went with their broker. This did not work in my favour at all. He often wanted me to go over the asking price and finally when I secured a property, came off the market, instructed solicitors and booked in surveyors, he went with another buyer. I assume he agreed a deal under the table which benefitted him. He called me and said unless I can now go 2k above what the other buyer is offering then I have lost the property. I think Luke just didn't like that I had spoken to vendors directly but its a dirty business indeed. I wasn't too stumped as it was my first property not my dream property! Would I use their ‘lifetime brokerage service'..probably not.
