Google Bad Review (2): Still so very disappointed that we paid so much money only to find that my father wasn’t dressed properly and the flowers were left in the car so he didn’t have anything on his coffin during the service.
To make matters worse, his details were spelt incorrectly so we had to continuously correct this when filling out forms.
We used them many years ago but this time round we’ve been left with deep regret.
