Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely appalling treatment by receptionist, extremely rude, unhelpful, easily angered over nothing, irritable and clearly should not be dealing with the public. I cannot believe that this particular lady is still working in this role despite the numerous complaints she receives as she is extremely rude, you must do something about this.
The welcome you get at reception is extremely important, setting the tone of the business and it's values – I find myself not wanting to come anymore in case she bites my head off. I am not the type of person who ever complains or leaves reviews, but due to the unprofessionalism I and others keep experiencing from this member of staff I have felt compelled to let you know what is happening at reception as I am not the only one thinking this.
I have only positive things to say about the Dentists and Dental Assistants themselves as they have been welcoming, friendly, professional and kind on every occasion and they are the reason I have not moved to another place. I have also spoken to another lady at reception who is working with you and found her to be excellent. I am genuinely sorry to leave negative feedback, I am not trying to cause trouble but I think this seriously needs to be looked into and addressed by your team.
