Google Bad Review: They were employed to do the building inspections on our single story rear extension. When the works were completed and we just needed a sign off, they asked us to provide photos and results of tests etc that had either never before been mentioned or already been provided.
I imagine that some of the details have been lost internally due to personnel changes and lock-down being generous. Though to me it seems a bit more like incompetence.
