Google Bad Review 1: I’ve never met a more unpleasant real estate agent than James, the owner of this company, and that’s saying something. I tried to buy a property through this agency and was met with arrogance and rudeness at every turn. When that didn’t work he resorted to downright bullish male chauvinism when he didn’t like my queries, implying that as a young woman buying her first property, I couldn’t possibly know what I was talking about. I found him totally intimidating and nasty. In the end my lawyers had to deal with him, and even they told me that they’d never come across a more difficult estate agent! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for a property!

Google Bad Review (2): Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this estate agent. We found a flat that we really liked and had two viewings with the same agent, made an offer and explained through conversation that we were serious and would like to be kept up to date with any counter offers (no details required just that someone else has made an offer). We did not hear from the agent for a number of weeks and when I got in contact I was told that the flat had be SSTC. We were very disappointed as we would have increased our offer. Not only have the company let us down but they have also let the vendor down as they could have received more money for the property.
A number of phone calls I had with the agent were extremely disorganised, he kept forgetting which property I was calling about, was unable to offer much information and when I brought someone to the second viewing for an opinion on the structure and possibility of adding an extension, I overheard him tell him information which was contrary to what we had been told. The only conclusion I could draw was that he was lying to one of us and therefore was distrustful.
We are left disappointed and Following our experience I would not recommend using this agent as a buyer or as a vendor.
