Google Bad Review 1: I have an urgent request of collecting my tv. On Saturday I called them saying today I could come and get my Tv but no one called me and answering my phone calls.

Google Bad Review (2): I'd give a 0 if an option. No information about the missing part till day of collection, kept the money for a down payment on what is suppose the repairment. Gives TV back saying don't come back because the owner does not want to refund the money for the service of the repair he did not complete. Very self centred. incompetent as a professional. I'm a female, again your competency fails, if you had started pointing the finger in my face insulting. How can you call on Saturday saying the TV will be ready, you had Friday to diagnose and say not possible on Saturday, false information.
You have incorrectly to diagnose in first instance asking more money which was agreed to pay and on collection of repaired TV, instead on collection day you came up with another diagnosis making TV beyond repair prompting the customer to leave TV so that you can sell the rest of the parts if the TV or sell the repaired TV hence down payment taken illegitimate. I would like you to request to refund my down-payment immediately or I will have no option but to go small claim court.
