Google Good Review: Interesting I read the other reviews and this does not reflect in any way shape or form the service my mother is receiving. The carers are first rate and go above and beyond what we expected. As for the office staff, I have to say they are incredibly responsive informing me the minute there's a change in the care package. Indeed one of the few care companies that are PROACTIVE rather than reactive!
