Google Bad Review 1: Incompetent and unprofessional estate agents whose services I would advise one to avoid at all costs.
Westminster Community Homes repeatedly failed to provide the bare minimum required of a letting agency. Phone calls and emails were systematically left unanswered, whilst hazardous faults in my property were unresolved for two years. These faults included, but were not exclusive to, a broken window that would slam down (causing injury numerous times), no fire door despite a recommendation for immediate installation by a surveyor, and a broken door handle that would repeatedly lock from the outside, leaving tenants stuck inside the room until opened from the outside. Furthermore, it took a very long time and numerous requests to get back the deposit for the property upon departure.
Beyond the mere frustration of phone calls and emails repeatedly being ignored, once they were answered, the issues were never resolved.
