Google Bad Review (2): I have been a resident of wWestminster Council for over 30 years, and in that time thier downfall was CityWest homes, they were rude and too quick to take people to court for the slightest reason for profit, They have sincve changed back to being run by themselves because of all the over-zealous goings on with CityWest homes. and I am now trying to get my rights as a tenant sorted out. They left me without central heating for nearly 16 yeras. They do not do repairs , in a timely fashion, I am still waiting for rotting windows to be replaced in my kitchen after nearly 5 years, they refuse to put a security door on my block and as of consequence we have had windows broken 3 breakins to property , and strangers using our property as a dog toilet , when these people are told that it is not their right to use the garden as a public toilet . I have personally been threatened on numerous occasions, by people who have no buisness in the block. My block (4 flats needs a security gate so nobody can just wander up to my front door. They proposed a gate with security but for some reason it never happened, I am now lobbying them to do it as I no longer feel safe in the property , and as landlords its their responsibility that tenants feel safe in a property they are paying for. PS Mould for all the time I have been living here, and they are not willing to do anything about it. Shoddy. They are interested in collecting revenue , but not looking after their tenants.
