Google Bad Review 1: SCAM MERCHANTS — They are actually Town Force Ltd and are con artists who take deposits, no invoices and then charge your bank details for someone to come round and essentially provide a higher estimate. They call themselves West London Glazier, have a different email address (proimprove.co.uk) and payments are made to central london plu. Please avoid them at all costs. I am having to go through small claims process to get my ‘deposit' back.

Google Bad Review (2): Called for a quote but they refused to come round and price up work. In this day and age, who doesn't give a quote? They just wanted me to agree to £70+vat hourly rate plus parts, so they could charge whatever they want. What sort of way is that to run a business. No thanks!
